What is CEED Entrance Exam?
CEED qualified students are eligible to apply for MDS and PhD programs at various institutions. The CEED 2020 score is valid for a period of one year from the date of declaration of the result.
Please note that a CEED score does not guarantee admission. A candidate will have to apply to the respective institutes for admission and fulfill other requirements such as tests and interviews of the respective design departments. Admission institutes will also verify eligibility, grade certificates and other documents with CEED scores.
Please note that from this year onwards, candidates who have obtained a degree or diploma of 3 years program (after 10 + 2) can appear for the CEED examination.
Some institutes that share results will allocate seats in their M.Ed. Programs for admission through CEED, as well as 3-year programs with degree or diploma eligibility criteria.
The declaration for admission to postgraduate programs in design will be notified separately by different institutions. The criteria for postgraduate admission and award of scholarship / aid vary from different institutions. The CEED office, IIT Bombay is not in a position to provide information in this regard.
For admission and program details of individual institutions or for any specific question, the candidate should contact the Head / Convenor / Coordinator of the concerned departments.
